How to find us ...

By car: From freeway ("Autobahn") A4 take exit Dresden-Hellerau and follow direction Prag, E55, up to the Central Railroad Station. Then continue as indicated on the drawing. By train: From Dresden Central Railroad Station take tram line 3 right in front of the station towards direction "Plauen-Coschütz" and stop at "Münchner Platz". Turn left from the tram stop, ascend Georg-Schumann-Straße and continue as indicated on the drawing. By plane: Take a taxi from the airport to: Barkhausenbau, Georg-Schumann-Str. 11. or commuter train S2: Airport - Central Railroad Station. Then take tram line 3 towards direction "Plauen-Coschütz" and stop at "Münchner Platz". Turn left from the tram stop, ascend Georg-Schumann-Straße and continue as indicated on the drawing.

Location inside the Barkhausenbau ...

Entering from Georg-Schumann-Straße: Enter the building via the tower next to the "Schönfeld-Hörsaal" (see Barkhausenbau top view). Cross the entrance hall and ascend the stairs in front of you (slightly right) until you reach the 2nd floor. The chair's offices are then to your right (behind the glass wall).

Entering from Helmholtzstraße: Ascend the stairs directly after the main entrance and follow the corridor to its end. Pass the (descending) stairs at the end of it to the right (almost straight ahead). At the end of the very short hallway that follows, turn left and follow the corridor to its end. Then, turn right and follow the corridor until you reach the hall at the end of it (you'll have to ascend some steps right before the hall). Entering the hall, turn right and ascend the stairs until you reach the 2nd floor. The chair's offices are then to your right (behind the glass wall).

The easiest way to find our offices is by entering the building via Georg-Schumann-Straße; if you are located in Helmholtzstraße, ascend this street towards Nöthnitzer Straße, then turn right and follow this street for about 150m until you see the "Schönfeld-Hörsaal" to your right. Then, follow the directions given above.
